Professional Background

  1. Briefly describe your professional background and area of expertise:

    I have previously been involved in digital manufacturing and production control. Currently, I combine my work as a Program Manager with an assistant professorship at Universidad Europea de Madrid

  2. What inspired you to pursue a career in this related field, e.g., aviation, carbon-free emissions etc?

    I decided to work in the R&T department because I wanted to contribute to the development of new technologies to reduce emissions in aviation and to be part of the amazing changes happening in aeronautics

Role in H2ELIOS

  1. What is your role in the H2ELIOS project?

    I am part of the Project Coordination team.

  2. Can you describe your main responsibilities and tasks?

    I follow up on tasks in WP6 (Dissemination, Communication & Exploitation)  and WP7 (Project coordination).

  3. How does your work contribute to the overall goals of the H2ELIOS project?

    As part of the coordination team, we are the focal point for the Project Officer (PO) and the consortium. Our work is vital to ensure that all participants have the same information and that the objectives are clear to all partners.

H2ELIOS has given me the opportunity to work with experts from various fields and gain a better understanding of the challenges they face in completing their tasks.

  1. What do you find most exciting about working on the H2ELIOS project?

    Working with this disruptive concept gives us the opportunity to explore different solutions that are not possible with more conventional approaches.

  2. What has been the most challenging aspect of your work on this project?

    The most challenging phase for me was the first few months because we needed to start with a high level of urgency and solve initial issues quickly.

  3. Can you share a significant milestone or achievement your team has reached so far?

    We have successfully defined the test matrix among all the partners.

Personal Experience

  1. What have you learned during your time working on H2ELIOS?

    I have learned about the importance of aligning requirements and specifications in new product development and how crucial it is for the entire team to have a clear understanding of these definitions.

  2. How has this project influenced your professional development?:

    It has given me the opportunity to work with experts from various fields and gain a better understanding of the challenges they face in completing their tasks.

  1. What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

    In my free time, I enjoy sports such as CrossFit and Padel with my friends. I also love exploring new restaurants around the city.
