We are proud to announce the release of the H2ELIOS Newsletter Vol. 03 (December 2025).
As the project enters the final stretch of its journey, we have officially shifted our focus from definition to rigorous validation. This latest edition invites you inside the testing facilities and engineering bays where the future of zero-emission aviation is being physically proven.
Highlights from this Edition:
- A Major Regulatory Milestone We are pleased to report that the project has received the green light from EASA on our Means of Compliance (MoC). This pivotal agreement allows the consortium to proceed with critical safety testing and material validation campaigns that began in mid-November.
- Architecture Decision: The Separated Configuration A critical design trade-off has been resolved. The consortium has selected a Separated System Bay architecture over direct mounting. Connected via flexible hoses, this configuration offers superior flexibility during testing and safer maintenance routines, ensuring the tank is not just a vessel, but a modular component.
